By creating an account or placing any bet on phsk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below. Please read this document carefully before you register. To register and use phsk, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online betting is legal in your jurisdiction before registering. phsk does not accept registrations from individuals who are excluded from gambling under Philippine law or who have self-excluded from the platform. Members must provide accurate and truthful information during registration; any attempt to misrepresent age or identity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances. phsk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility.
Each member is permitted to hold only one account on phsk. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created under different names, email addresses, or payment methods for the same individual — are strictly prohibited and will be closed without notice. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; phsk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your password. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify phsk immediately by contacting support. Account details including name and date of birth cannot be changed after verification without submission of supporting documents.
All transactions on phsk are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Deposits are credited to your account once the payment provider confirms the transaction. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may take up to five business days depending on your chosen payment method. phsk does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own fees. Funds deposited into your phsk account may only be used for placing bets on the platform and cannot be transferred to another member's account under any circumstances.
All bets placed on phsk are subject to the specific rules of the market or game type selected. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member. phsk reserves the right to void any bet that is placed after an event has concluded or where a clear pricing error has occurred. Winnings are calculated according to the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted and will be credited to your account balance upon settlement. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of phsk's trading team is final. Members who attempt to exploit technical errors, latency, or system faults to gain an unfair advantage will have their winnings voided and accounts reviewed.
All bonuses, vouchers, and promotional offers made available through phsk are subject to their own specific terms, including minimum odds requirements, wagering requirements, and expiry dates, which are displayed at the point of claiming. Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per promotion, unless otherwise stated. phsk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the requirements are fully satisfied. Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including through duplicate accounts, coordinated group betting, or manipulation of promotion mechanics — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension. phsk is committed to providing a safe and responsible entertainment environment for all Filipino members. The platform offers deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to help members stay in control of their activity. Members who believe they may have a problem with gambling are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek professional support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Members must not use the phsk platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law. Collusion between members to manipulate bet outcomes, match-fixing, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. Automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the phsk platform without human input are not permitted. Members must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the platform's software or data feeds. Any member found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account permanently closed and all balances forfeited, and phsk reserves the right to pursue legal action where appropriate.
phsk provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free access to services. To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, phsk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from system downtime, data loss, or delays in transaction processing. phsk is not responsible for the actions of third-party payment providers or telecommunications networks that may affect your ability to access your account. Members acknowledge that sports betting and casino-style games carry inherent financial risk and that phsk does not guarantee any particular outcome or return. Total liability of phsk to any individual member shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Members may close their phsk account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the member's verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. phsk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice and without obligation to return balances that are subject to investigation. Accounts that have been inactive for 24 consecutive months may be classified as dormant; members will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through phsk's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. phsk's failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
